Bataan officials are asking for patience and understanding among drivers and commuters now that the construction of Ala-uli flyover in Pilar town has started, expecting traffic congestion in the area.

“Humihingi ng pag-unawa si Gob. Abet Garcia sa ating mga kababayan sapagkat nagsimula na ang construction ng Ala-uli flyover na magdudulot ng pagsiskip ng trapiko”, pleaded Provincial Information Officer Angel Ortiz-Luis Lara.

An advisory from the provincial government reads: Starting Monday, June 20, vehicles passing along the intersection of Roman Highway and Gov. JJ Linao in Ala uli, Pilar will be limited to pave the way for the construction of Ala- uli flyover. Expect a heavy movement of traffic brought by it and that motorists are advised to use alternative routes. Bataan officials pointed out that ultimately the project will be beneficial to all.
